Erika is a self proclaimed small businesses junkie who's passion is to make her client's "behind the scenes" run smart and efficient. As a volunteer mentor in the local Summer Youth Entrepreneurship program, she is trying to convey to young people that a systematic approach to business will make it successful in the long run.She lives in the rolling hills of Caledon with her family and when she is not working, you will find her playing sports, renovating, or hiking the hillsides.
