"Staff came to the workshop prepared and ready for some indepth discussion. Irene had even read the book! Some great discussion ensued and we all collectively agreed to "Stop taking things personally". Agreed it would be difficult but all make a decision to perfect that 'agreement'. The team put a lot of thought (and made notes) about how they their week would be different if they knew they had only one week to live. Let's see how this plays out. "Hi. Unfortunately, I wasn't a big fan of the workshop for a couple of reasons. I felt that the "professional maturity" title of the workshop didn't reflect the actual work. I felt the workshop was a bit too religiously focused. For example, I would not ask my staff to consider "fasting" or "prayer/meditation" as a way of fighting their foes. I also felt that some of the exercises were very personal and not for a professional team building exercise. I will try something else again -- but this time I will be more selective in my choice."
