Katrina Onstad

Katrina Onstad is a culture writer and author of two novels, How Happy to Be and Everybody Has Everything, which was longlisted for the Scotiabank Giller Prize and shortlisted for the Toronto Book Award. The Weekend Effect, a manifesto for free time, is her first non-fiction book. Her award-winning journalism has appeared in The New York Times, The Guardian and The Globe and Mail, among many other publications. Katrina lives in Toronto with her family and far too many animals.
