I believe, to the core of my being, that people want more from their work than a paycheque. They’re not being greedy. They’re being human. We want to connect with a purpose in our work. We want to feel that we’re making a difference with the hours we pour into the companies that pay us. We want to be unified in that purpose, and collaborate with the people in our professional lives to create something that none of us could have created on our own.
